The property is currently rented but our tenants will be moving to Canada (or next to it). The photos are from when we lived there. If we had stayed I was looking into putting in two small golf greens in the back and 9 different tees for an executive 9-hole course. We had some friends who would have liked to have purchased it back then for raising horses--there's some great locations for a horse barn. We were also going to upgrade the pond that is behind the house. The covenants limit livestock to beef cattle and/or horses.
The total acreage is 5.17 acres. When we lived there we had a commercial CubCadet 60" zero-radius mower and were able to keep the place looking great in a very limited amount of time.
We've had great tenants but, as with any rental, I'm sure we'll want to touch up some things to get it ready to sell. If a buyer wants to do those things (such as new carpet and/or paint) we could discount the property to cover that.
We'd prefer to sell it outright, but a contract might be considered with enough down and with excellent references. We're listing it below the appraised value.
