Green Cappers are men, women,
boys and girls who want to make
our world a better place through activities & life style changes such as

using/promoting renewable energy
recycling
reducing use of  harmful chemicals

using electric or hybrid cars
etc., etc., etc.
 
The difference with our group is
we want to do this in our own
communities and we want to do it
 together in an enjoyable way

Green Cap Society Chapters

Chapters can be any size (even just one person)

Chapters may have a specific theme (e.g.  wind, or hybrid cars)or can be all encompassing

Chapters work toward
enlightening their communities
and the world

Chapters encourage new members by opening up their group or assisting new groups.

School Chapters are assisted by local community chapters

The Green Cap Society

I’m excited about the Green Cap Society. Whether it is with local community groups or within the school settings we can make a difference in our world now and for future generations.

In my years as an educator as well as in
the private sector I have noticed a key
component in getting things done. Success is more likely to happen and the results are more likely to stick if the people are enjoying themselves.

That’s why I founded The Green Cap Society.  There is no reason why we can't and shouldn't enjoy the journey!

We have serious matters to address in this old world but if we just complain and grumble or if we just think someone else should take care of the problem then very little, if anything, positive is going to happen.

But we can make a difference. We can make a difference in our local communities, in our states, in our nation
and around the world.  And, through the school chapters, we can instill in our kids the desire and excitement of making a positive impact .

Even the smallest positive impact is important. Through our networking that small impact can be duplicated again and again. And through our efforts we can assist and encourage our leaders to make and implement policies that will make our world a better and GREENER place for generations to come.
